The hotel had its own ferry, which saved us the hassle of queuing during the busy Christmas period. The beach was clean and enjoyable, perfect for relaxing and taking in the views.- The staff at the coffee house provided good service and were attentive to our needs.

The room was not properly maintained, with no towels and a broken TV and safe. The phone also did not work.

It is a beautiful place with potential to be great. Nonetheless, the resort management need to put more emphasis on the upkeep and maintenance of the rooms and facilities.

Our friends and I had a fantastic time at this resort! the location is perfect, with the beach right outside our door. We enjoyed swimming in the open sea and exploring the jungle nearby. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with cool air conditioning and cozy beds. the service was excellent, with friendly staff who were always ready to assist us. the breakfast was delicious, with a variety of fresh and tasty Malaysian dishes. We also appreciated the facilities, such as the adventure park and team-building activities.

We did notice that the bathroom could use some improvement in terms of maintenance.

1- so strict on number of people can stay. 2- service - telephone not function , complained 2 times through Receptionist and the room service boy -- never come to fix the problem 3- room service - for second day, not clean the room until night come. 4- room service - request for iron through Receptionist in the morning, only came in the afternoon. 5- room service - request for sejadah through Receptionist - never send. 6- no waste bin in the room, only in the toilet, inconvenient . 7- breakfast - all tables reserved for those in group, other guest have no place to eat except at ground level. Should spare some for other guest the good place. 8- motorcycle by Room service come and go for whole day until late night - noisy and disturbing . 9- hotel staff also eat at guest area -- should not.

Maybe just the environment of there.

Swimming pool very dirty, beach also see the oily and rubbish, a lot of thing make me confuse, cause no early told me when is the starting and ending time for breakfast. So make me pass the time. Have disappointed and make my vacation in a bad mood.

The view of the sea was beautiful from the hotel and the staff were polite and friendly. the breakfast was inclusive and had a fair variety of options, which included fresh fruits and juices. Its location was quite convenient, with easy access to the town and ferry terminal.

The sofa in the room was worn and torn as well as some stains on the bed sheet. Despite the cleanliness of the room, there was a faint musty smell.

I enjoyed the sea view from my room. It was beautiful.

The bathroom was not clean and not to my expectation. I feel it's not worth for the money i paid.

went to the first chalet the aircond doesnot function well move to another chalet..theres no remote for the TV and some flies in the room and the fridge is broken but we were so tired and sleepy..we just ignore that
